VETA gets new boss

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Anthony Mzee Kasore the Director-General of the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA).

Before his appointment, he was the authority’s acting Director-General, according to a State House statement released in Zanzibar yesterday.

Meanwhile, the president has also appointed Goodluck Antipas Shirima the Commissioner of Petrol and Gas in the Ministry of Energy. Shirima was the current head of the legal and relations unit of Puma Company.
