President Samia Suluhu Hassan in talks with Zanzibar President and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, Dr Hussein Mwinyi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, and Chief of Defence Forces, Gen. Jacob Mkunda, at a special preparatory meeting of the emergence summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern Africa Development Community held yesterday at the Tunguu State Lodge in Zanzibar.
