A member of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling party CCM, Hon Joyce Mang’o, has helped raise a total of 16m/.- for Chief Ihunyo Girls’ High School vehicle, during this year’s Form Six graduation ceremony yesterday, for which she was the chief guest on behalf of UWT National Chairperson Hon Mary Chatanda.
Hon. Mang’o who was accompanied by a member of UWT Council Hon Maria Sagini donated 4m/- and a cow worth 700,000/- to the girls’ high school located in Mara Region.
Addressing the congregation, Hon Mang’o tasked the parents to instill in their children the good cultural values of Tanzania, ensure they are given good education, and should fight against all acts of gender based violence.
