President Samia Suluhu Hassan has made some minor changes on the Regional Commissioners (RC) list by promoting Urambo District Commissioner Said Mohamed Mtanda to become Mara Regional Commissioner. Mtanda takes over from Major General Suleman Mzee, who will be assigned other duties.
In the changes, Rukwa RC Queen Cuthbert Sendiga swaps with Manyara RC Makongoro Nyerere.
The President has also appointed Kenani Kihongosi as Urambo District Commissioner to replace Mtanda.
