Film promoting Tanzania’s riches in tourism launched in India

A film promoting Tanzania’s tourist attractions, “Tantalizing Tanzania”, which involves Indian musician, Shakti Mohan, was launched in the Indian financial capital, Mumbai, on Saturday.

The Indian musician participated in video shooting in the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority and the Zanzibar archipelago.

Prepared by the Swahili Safari company based in Mumbai which serves Indian and Tanzanian tourists, the film was officially inaugurated by the minister for natural resources and tourism, Dr Pindi Chana, and her Zanzibar counterpart incharge of tourism and antiquities, Mudrik Ramadhan Soraga, in collaboration with the Tanzania High Commission in India.

Tanzanian businessman and book publisher, Nyambari Nyangwine, was one of several participants who witnessed the launch of the film which won acclamation from the Mumbai audience, mainly tourism companies.
