Dr Mpango mourns late former PM Edward Lowassa

Vice President Dr Philip Mpango signs a condolence book at the residence of former Prime Minister Edward Ngoyai Lowassa in Msasani, Dar es Salaam yesterday. Lowassa passed away on February 10th 2023.
