More than 200 companies from various countries in the region are scheduled to participate in the 18th East African Community (EAC)Trade Fair, which kicked off in Mwanza on Friday.
‘’The show will climax on 3rd September, 2023 and it will be a good opportunity for traders to showcase their products,’’ Gabriel Mugini, Tanzania Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA) Regional Chairman in Mwanza said yesterday.
Besides, Tanzanian traders will be able to form a business community network with their neighbours in the EAC, according to Mwanza Regional TCCIA boss.
Other countries taking part in the fair include Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, DR Congo, Burundi and South Sudan.
